Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, please email happylittletshack@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the issue.
Non-returnable items
Because our shirts and custom items are created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Custom names, designs, or personalized orders
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, work may have already begun.
Refunds (if approved)
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
