⭐ Standard Shipping — $5.99 Flat Rate (Within the United States)
We offer a simple, affordable, flat-rate shipping option for all apparel orders. This helps keep things consistent and predictable for every customer, no matter how many items you order.
Processing Time
All apparel products — including t-shirts, long sleeves, crewneck sweatshirts, and hoodies — are made to order.
This helps ensure fresh prints, cleaner colors, and better overall quality.

Quality checking the finished product

Packaging your order securely
Processing takes 1–5 business days depending on order volume, holidays, and the season.
Transit Time
Once shipped, your order typically arrives in:
3–8 business days
This delivery window covers all standard USPS shipping speeds.
Your package will ship via:

USPS Priority Mail (depending on weight and distance)
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Delivery Days
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after the daily cutoff or over a weekend will begin processing the next business day.

We offer convenient local delivery for customers within our nearby service areas. If your address falls inside one of the eligible ZIP codes, the local delivery option will automatically appear during checkout.

You will receive a notification as soon as your order is out for delivery, as well as confirmation once your items have been delivered.
Delivery Address Requirements
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate at checkout. If an address is incorrect or inaccessible, delivery may be delayed and additional attempts may require a rescheduled delivery fee.
Where Deliveries Are Left
Orders may be left at the front door, porch, mailbox, or another safe location if no one is home. If you prefer a specific drop-off note, please include it at checkout.

Orders totaling $59 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping at checkout.
This applies to all physical apparel items.
Free shipping will be applied after coupons, discounts, and promotions.
⭐ Digital Products (PNG Files, Digital Designs, Sublimation Prints)
Digital items do not require shipping and will not incur any shipping charges.
Here’s how digital items work:

No physical product will be mailed

Digital purchases are processed completely separately from apparel

They are not affected by your apparel shipping rates or delivery windows
If you purchase digital and physical items in the same order, only the physical items will be shipped.
